Dizzy, yes. Everything comes across. Long debates on here about the oil warmer/cooler too. Your call. Swap the thermostat for a new one (87 deg.) while your at it. Oil separator. Oh the fuel pump too. Alternator. I’d fit some new sparks plugs while your at it.

i kept the DJ dissy ,
you need all the water pipes that connect to the carb from the DG and keep the oil cooler and pipes and thermostat housing and water pump from the DJ
most importantly you need the wiring loom for the engine from the black box and the carb heater switch to replace the temp 2 sender in the thermostat housing and the relay
dont worry about messing with jets, its not needed, the DG jets are fine

DJ dizzy was proven better on a rolling road by a member on here but not by much, DG dizzy will be fine if thats all you have.
other than that its just the oil cooler, in uk you can probably get away without it ( I know somebody who didn't fit it to an mv and oil temp did not get silly) but if you like to drive it hard, have a heavy van or take it overseas then best fit it.
You can up the main jet for a bit more flat out power but when do you ever drive it with your foot to the floor at 4800rpm.

Yep, so you'll need to run the DG dizzy. The MV one won't work.
Stick with a Pierburg (or Brosal copy) carb, as it's just right for the job, but make sure you don't have crud getting into it. Ensure you have good/new fuel hoses and no water in fuel tank.
