Have recently put recon engine in, waterboxer 1.9 petrol.
Got a spark, timing is good, carb float chamber filling as should.
turning over ok but won't FIRE UP.???

Any suggestions.

Choke mechanism might be a good place to look, if you take the air intake off the top of the carb you can see if the choke is setting properly.
