O/S rear glass replacement

My rear two rear side windows are made of plastic (for some reason! Perhaps someone can enlighten me 
). One recently developed a gash which got bigger and bigger, despite my attempts to halt the spread with all manner of different tape. My question is, now that I want to replace it with glass, what size do I go for? The van is a LHD from Germany, unsure as to whether it was a factory made camper or converted later (if that's relevant). Is it possible to find out what I need?
