I would be grateful if anyone could comment on these results from testing my coil
It is in Green Label coil, 1987 1.9 DG petrol WBX

Primary winding spec is 0.5 -0.8 ohms. My reading 1.0 ohms
Secondary winding spec 2.4k -3.5k ohms. My reading 2.8k ohms

I used two separate multimeters and same results on each

Is the coil on the way out

What is the resistance of the probes? Has this been deducted from the reading?

resistance of probes is 0.3 ohms. I hadn't deducted this.

So 0.7 ohm is within the range as is the other.

So it would seem, many thanks for your help.
