RIPLE QX Semi Synthetic 75w-90 - 5Ltr

Anyone know of ok for DG 4 speed gbox circa 1983? None of the gbox threads seem difinitive unless I can't read the code- it seems GL4 is the ideal. This one looks like it meets gl5 but also ok? Cheers
