Spraying dinatrol in a cavity.

I have had a small section of panel above trailing arm welded in by what2do , also a small bit of the inner arch which I added the service hole to with bung.

I have sprayed dinatrol in the hole but I'm sure it hasn't covered everything, it needs to spray sideways and backwards, is there an attachment of do I have to make one?

thanks

If you're using aerosols of Dinitrol you can get an extension hose for them,

Thanks, yes aerosol, but does the extension spray backwards and sideways or is it just a cut piece of pipe thats going to spray forward only?

Thanks david, its a 500ml can with the tube supplied, it does go a bit sideways but less than 90 degrees, I need to spray the other side of the wheelarch secton panel with the hole in it so it needs to spray backwards.

The waxoyl kit has an attachment tube that sprays in a fan shape.

Hi Paul,

Bit late on this one, but the lance on the Dynax S50 sprays out at an different angles to ensure maximum coverage. Have a look at this link below (3rd picture down):

:ok

I use Dinitrol aerosols a lot too with the extension, I find mine sprays sideways and quite fine, almost into a mist, so is quite good for coating inside confined spaces.

Thanks for the advice
finally got around to buying the attachment
it does spray sideways but not backwards or forwards
I poked it just through the hole at an angle which hopefully did the trick

If you are going to use more than one can you can get deals on two cans and a nozzle, just search ebay.
