I can't really help much other than to suggest not to do it!

Some have done it on T4's:

http://www.vwt4forum.co.uk/showthread.php?t=40367" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

http://www.vwt4forum.co.uk/showthread.php?t=199664" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

I would think that a Bongo roof would be the wrong profile....

A bit pricey but is a new poptop out of the question?

http://www.spaceroofs.co.uk/type-25-elevating-roof.htm" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

http://www.poptoproofs.co.uk/shop/produ ... p?id=30350" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Why are you tinking of a bongo roof?

The reason that I started looking was I do now need to think about getting a new van as ours is clapped, but am restricted to pop tops because of height barriers. The only decent vans in my price range I've seen have been high tops. Converting to pop top would be a lot of work and out of my price range.
