Anybody had any success 'stretching' the rubber trim around the cabinet doors that seems to leave a gap around 8mm between the tails of the rubber moulding.
Thought judicial heat applied by heat gun may be successful rather than sourcing original trim?

There's a thread on the samba where somebody used heat to stretch the profiles longer like this and it worked well. It's on our list of jobs for the future

All cabinet mouldings heat adjusted where necessary-really easy and aesthetically pleasing with minimal gap-secured across the tails with a larger staple than the puny originals so hopefully that will prevent future 'shrinkage'!
Took the opportunity and 'stretched' all other trimmings (shelf/poptop bed hinge etc) whilst i was at it.

not much heat required just setting 1 and even heat with a little tension did the trick.
