hi all has anyone any experience with VW heritage pierburg 2E3 carbs either good or well not so looking to replace mine and these seem a good price but there is the old adage if it seems to be to good to be true

Refurb. is the way to go, if it's a Pierburg 2E3

hi there its the pierburg 2e3 on at present and in fairness im keen to keep this carb on ive messed around with different carb set ups on classic minis for years and have always gone back to original parts

Ok. Take it off and send it away for refurbishment.

Mine came back so much better. There are lots of other positive posts about Roger's work on here too.
