What you needing done?

The van had various new bottom panels about a year ago, but it looks as though the seam sealer is somehow failing/shrunk. The paint has cracked a bit and we can see the start of rust streaks. The van is garaged and it won't have been an issue for long, so hoping it won't be a massive job, but want to get it looked at before any real damage occurs.
Thought we'd take the opportunity to change the colour of the bottom half too!
