I got a second hand "bendy bar" type .. a Thorsen T150... I had a cheap click type one before but it went out of calibration almost instantly.
I think Draper do a bendy bar type as well...

Depends on what torques range you need, but Halfords professional are made by Norbar in the UK who make some of the best torque wrenches.

Have two Norbar torque wrenches, 6-40 ft/lb and 20/110 ft/lb. I find the lower range more useful for small stuff.

I have just had a quick look through the haynes and with the exception of the rear hubs, it would seem as though up to 200nm would do pretty much all the jobs.
Funny enough I was in Halfords today & saw their large wrench for £89

I got one of these digital torque wrenches from Machine Mart, £88, 10-135nm, has covered everything I've needed to do so far, and with "traffic lights", beeps and a digital display, takes the guess work out of things
https://www.machinemart.co.uk/p/clarke- ... tronic-to/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
(That's the 3/8" model, there's also 1/2" 20-200nm version)
Hope that helps,
Ben.

Britool are very nice traditional break-bar type (if you can afford one), otherwise Teng tool which are 1/3 the cost.
The only way I could justify buying a 3/4" drive 450Nm torque wrench was to buy Teng.
