Definately need a vc and i`ll give you a call ref roof tomorrow, still want it but dont know when i can get up there.
Is the vc on an exchange basis? and pm me price please or tell us tomorrow.

May have 1 or 2 second hand ones available soon..
But may be prudent for exchange as no documentation to prove ok, would have to do a "test"...

have to get some returned first to resend,got bill today!

they have gone up and one of the last ones returned needed extra work! going to have to change the policy of allowing people to send theirs later as the repair to a bad vc far exceeds the £75 surcharge. futbus has first chance on the spare andy! cheers mcgill

Ian I have a failed unit for exchange but I don't need a replacement yet, it'll be as an exchanger for AndyS give me a bell if you want it.

Aidan, yes thanks I hadn't forgotten your offer. It looks like us VC-hunters will need to get our defunct units 'into the system'. Will arrange something when we next speak.

The original Dorfbrunnen deal that Richard King set up was a bit different... you paid for carriage out there and back and then if the plates were totally wrecked, there was an additional surcharge on the refurb if you agreed, or had it returned (in bits )
Seems then that's there's very few that are found to be that bad though - fortunately.
