Just been looking at a thermocouple lead for my Electrolux 184. The price is ridiculous & ranges from £60 - £85.
You can get a universal lead from any plumbers merchant, B&Q etc for £5 & it will do exactly the same job.

£3.10 on ebay - I have been telling people to use them for years. I keep several as spares for various things like the gas boiler, gas hobs as well.

Could be posting boll@cks here: Is this the sort of thing that would be used for the freezer to kick in and out. If it is then I remember being told by the service engineer/repair man that the cost would be around £50 + fitting (labour around £30!!!). I bought one locally and only paid £12. 20 mins to fit!

Different part (I think yours was the start relay) but the same sneaky practice used by manufacturers & service/repair & parts suppliers. Assume the customer is as stupid as a plank & charge what you want, they will pay.

Just to add to the above post. If you do get a universal thermocouple, make sure it's nickel plated. It'll last much longer when used with lpg.
