So I had this

Then bought this roof off eBay

After a lot of work and still going I now have this

Went from a Devon side elevating roof to a now modified super Viking roof with 2 double beds and a single bed all upstairs. Not including the double down stairs and the front hammock. I love my van. Thinking new canvas as shouldn't then get as much condensation? Or just sleep with the vents open!!!

Well done, looks great, bet that was a $h1t load of work.
You exhale an enormous amount of water vapour in the night, you must have ventilation or you will have lots of condensation.

To prove it's not the van put the top up and leave it overnight with nobody sleeping.

Is that the New forest in the 1st pic?

Most surly is. Was trying to get a little more horse power. Just outside Brocken hurst. So much more work than I thought. But so worth it

Yes that's the one last year. You stayed at round hill? Was going the other weekend but it rained so went to Suffolk instead. Looks good though. Love it in the new forest. So do the kids
