How to protect chips in paintwork

Hi,

I have a few little chips in the paintwork on my T25, for example see attached picture.

What would you recommend as something simple that can be applied to protect these - I am not too bothered about trying to re-paint them, just want to protect from rust issues really.

Paint is pretty good at keeping the water and air out and stopping rust, any colour will work.
VW didn't just add it to look nice :D

I spray rattle cans into the lid, leave for say 30 seconds to thicken then paint on with a small brush, add a few coats.

Any rust can be taken out gently with a mini cutting disc on a dremmel minimising damage.

You could spot these with vactan on a cotton bud. It will seal the area from further rust.
