So I might have just nipped this pipe trying (and failing) to cut out a seat belt bolt.

What fluid does the pipe carry, and where can I get a new one please so that i can then take van to garage to get bolt cut out.

top left is vacuum hose for brake servo
the one next to it is petrol return to tank
