Autosleeper internal spotlights

At long last I can get round to niggly things. I've grown to really dislike the internal spots as they're dim and power hungry. Any ideas for a simple upgrade (not including opening the curtains!)

I removed the entire unit and bought a new 12v spots from Ikea.

If the fittings have a 'standard' 12v bayonet fitting bulb, another option is to source a direct drop-in multi LED replacement. With a bit of care in selection, I've found these surprisingly good.

They've got small bulbs - G4 I think and they're rubbish. I had expected mini batyonets
