Auto to manual choke.

OK so I have another T25 and this one is a 1900 with Peirburg 2E carb. Basically the choke is fooked. Has anyone tried rigging up a manual choke and if so got any tips? 
OR can anyone point me in the direction of where I can buy an off the shelf manual conversion or has anyone got a working choke unit they want to sell?
