I put a set of leather ones out of a Saab in my van.
Followed the instructions on Wiki.
Needed a bit of messing about with an angle grinder and repositioning the Saab seat runners, then it's nuts bolts and spacers to get them to fit.
The end results great, fits OK to swivel base as well.
Not a direct unbolt and bolt on job though, not a particular hardship, bit fiddly. Took me 5 hours for the first sat, and about 50 minutes for the second one, easy when you've done 1 kind of job.
