Screw Holes in dash

I don't like the trays so I'm going to cover the holes. They're symmetrical so I'm thinking of using dark brown posi screw covers or perhaps rivet heads of some sort. Does anyone have other ideas what would look best?

Fill with a bit of mastic and smooth over.
