Hello,

I searched the internet for hours but i can't find a good solution.

The problem: Won't rev high on cold start

The pulldown unit is working perfect.

I start the cold engine and it revs to 1300 rpm for 1 sec and then goes directly to 900rpm.
but 1 out of 20 it works and revs to 2000 and stays there.

(Its a pierburg 2E from Opel(vauxhall) kadett 1.4s)

Thanks

There are something like thirty or fourty 2e3s made for different vehicles perhaps as many 2e2s, if it's not got a part number starting 025 it's not for a DG, so we probably can't help.
most of us only know about the T25 version.
your 1.9 will need significantly more fuel and air than a 1.4 so it's just guesswork whats wrong.
