carrying motorbike- inside???

Hi looking at options of carry motor bike with van.
Bike is about 150kgs so would be too heavy to go on back as nose weight is I believe 50kgs for a t25.
Has anyone come up with a way of stowing inside. I wondered if there was a way of fitting inside. I have a Devon conversion. Would it be possible to cut a notch out of the rock and roll bed frame and base ( with seat folded up) and have the bike sitting lengthwise between the the front seats back to cut out seat frame, and then have a couple of lashing points?
Is this just a mad idea?
would need a ramp to get it in.
Anyone tried this ????
Thanks

Johnmck,
Have you considered fitting a small bike trailer?
Placing the Bike inside means taking up a lot of living space, stinking the bus out with petrol fumes and the lashing points you fit would have to be secure enough to prevent your bike flying into the drivers area in event of an emergency brake, at least if it's outside on a trailer you can get the best of both worlds.

Thanks
trailer is the other option but was thinking if i could get inside reasonably wouldn't have issue on ferries, toll roads or around town and parking.

Yep mad idea, get a lighter bike and a mount it on the back, a few have done it, need a decent mount, not a regular towbar.
this is JRTs van

I carried a 125 in mine once. It went in ok and was bunjeed to stop it moving about. Seemed to work ok but the last thing you want is a bike that drips oil or fuel.

even if it doesn't leak it can vent petrol fumes which is bad when driving

For a bigger bike i'd definitely look at a trailer. I won't be putting the Vespa on the back again any time soon, only did it to get it a few miles home when i bought it. It weighs too much to load up etc. My little Tomos is a better option for the carrier if needed-only weighs 45kg. I used to put that in the van but to be honest it was a ball ache trying not to scratch the cupboard doors etc as i've got a cupboard behind the passenger seat.

I carried a 125 on mine no problem
You need a proper tow bar rack that takes the weight.
And again

Crikey, I've said before that I used to carry my Enduro 250 on a frame bolted to the towbar on my old Astra van, did so every Sunday for years without any problems. A T3 is a lot heavier than an Astra van regardless what the nose weight is.
