Brother is having a spot of trouble with his T4 2.4l 5 cylinder AJA Diesel. He went out in it last night , was parked up for 20 minutes, on his return it just wouldn't start. Turned over nice and fast but just refused to start.
Any ideas do I can at least pass them on . Thanks and sorry it's not T25 related.

Are you sure its a AJA im guessing you mean aab and a 2.4. I would check the glow plug relay on a early van its the longest relay under steering wheel. They are about a tenner from jk. Could be a few things is it dripping diesel? Cant remember what the engine code is on the later t4 97ish onwards.

low on fuel? had some experience of these engines.. after a pump change or low fuel they can need a tow start to prime the pump.

If it's the N/A 2.4 then inspect the belts and crack an injector pipe nut (at the injector) - it should give a good healthy squirt of dirty diesel when cranked.

No , would turn over and over and not even a hint of starting
