air cooled 2.0 CU alternator

My vans is still running the original 45 amp alternator. It's feeding the starter and a 100 amp split charge connected to a 115a/h leisure battery.
I'm getting about 13.4v to both batteries with nothing else switched on. I would normally have the fridge (cr50) stereo and at night the headlights that are on relays wired direct to the starter battery.

Would up grading to a 90 amp alternator help? And if yes which one fits a CU?
Thanks in advance.

No the biggest made for the CU was a 65A. 90A is a bit too big for the drive belt to handle.
A bigger alternator won't charge a battery any quicker the 45A standard alternator is adequate unless you run a lot of extra electrical consumers when your driving.
If the voltage is low without anything switched on then it more likely poor wiring connections (live and earth) also if the voltage regulator is the original 13.8V the replace with a 14.2V one.
