Headlight fail, high beam blue light is on?

Hi guys, when I turn on my headlights, the rear lights come on but nothing at the front, and for some reason the blue light (high beam) is on (on the dash. I think I've checked all the fuses in the dash, would it be associated to any of the relay boxes?
Thanks in advance!

For me it was an earth fault.
Check the earthcrowns behind the fuse box. I had water ingress dropping down from a perished windscreen seal.
Cleaned them up and everything worked again.

Also check your bulbs! My sidelight one had gone and the lighting went all squ-iff and the high beam light came on. Changed the bulb and all went back to normal.

I second the earth fault having just been in the same situation with high beam indicator lit but no headlights switching on.
I cleaned up the common earth going to crown and all worked again.
I did however have more than one fault on the circuit including high resistant across light switch.
Earth and high beam wires on the H4 connectors were the wrong way round.

I third earth fault - mine behaved like that when the earth connection at the bulb crimp was badly corroded.
