Simple questions that hopefully have simple answers

I am looking for a few simple answers from these two questions that i have.
1. When moving on up from a standard t25 to a nice syncro 16 I had to let my tyres down to get my van into the garage. In all the excitement I did not note that tyre pressure before doing this. can someone please tell me the proper tyre pressure for 205/80/16's in normal road driving conditions?
2. Recently the oil light on the dash has started to come on. The oil and filter have only just been done and the level is fine. It is sort of in built for me to ignore it as I had a polo that did this but was not an issue. any advice?

Thanks

Check the oil pressure before presuming that the fault lies with the dash/sender units/wiring.

Thanks for that people. I have updated my profile and I have spoken with Ian at Syncro-nutz as the oil and filter change was done there. I will probably swing in there soon with my tyres at the correct pressure.
