Hey this subject is just asking for people to lose face and dent their self esteem .but come on how many bits have you got/bought for your fantastic type 25 and years later still aint moved them from that corner in the garage(OR AS I PREFER HOBBY PURSUIT CENTRE OF EXCELLENCE)
e.g for me 1) handgrake rod 2) fuel tank with rusty bits like the one allready on there that still refuses to leak 3) suspect looking propex heater without instructions (but old school pal corgi registered)4) seat belt housings and plates WOW like after tossing that additional weight up and down in the hand a couple times it aint ever gonna happen. But hey thats where the fun lies right oh yer thats RIGHT

T-Cutting !! Just out of interest tried a bit of t-cut on the van yesterday to see what colour looked like without 25 years of cr*p on it....colour looks fantastic - down side is it took best part of 10 minutes to do about 1 square foot!!
Wish so much I hadn't done it now as have to get into gear and do the rest...

rip out the interior and design another..... we ripped everything out of the van, but finding it really hard to find time to do anything with it now as we've got the baby. Got to get a babysitter to do anything, and then the weather is soooo cold you can't do much anyway.....
mmmm.. and don't you just hate people that say i told you so!?...

have you tried using some compound?? great stuff and see if anyone you know has a bufferr wilkl come up a treat but be careful they are powerful and you may well have a metal bus left with no paint at the end
