Unidentified hose

Hi all sorry if this is really obvious. I would check the Haynes but the one I ordered hasnt arrived yet.
I noticed this hose laying on top of my engine. It has the end bunged. Does anyone know what it is for?

No! The long rubber hose with the metal bung in the end that I show in the video.

Hard to see where it is connected to in the video, but it looks like someone has bodged the oil filler.

Is it just where someone has extended the oil filler neck?

If it is connected to this metal pipe (the one with blue towel in it) then something like that.
