PRE-PURCHASE INSPECTION

Hello! Very new to all this, so be gentle! Does anyone have any ideas of who I can go to to inspect a 1985 T25 for me before I part with my cash? It seems companies like AA don't offer this service for older vehicles, but as I live nowhere near the seller, I'd like to pay for an inspection.

If you can post a link or pics of the van, then the good folk on here might be able to give some preliminary advice or opinions. Also, as already said, if you can say where the van is, there is a possibility that someone would offer to view it.

Don't ask me, unless you would be happy with "yep, it is deffo a T25" :rofl

Simon at T3volution does pre inspection.
He knows everything about these vans and come highly recommended.
He's called toomanytoys on here.
http://www.t3volution.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
You won't be disappointed, he can inspect anywhere.

Thank you all so much! It's actually one of your lovely fellow members selling. He's been extremely honest and getting back to me with answers to all my questions, but I'm rather new to all this and feel an inspection would probably be best? I know one is always taking a gamble with an old vehicle and with a small budget, but I don't want to commit to something that might need thousands throwing at it in the very near future. I hope this link works...

They all need thousands throwing at them in the near future.
This is an enthusiasts vehicle.
I have spent as others have, over a thousand pounds a year.

You can't do these old ladies on a budget, no siree bob.

Hooray!!! That's the spirit! I'm fully aware I'm doing a stupid thing when I'm completely broke as it is! But I never listened! That spirit has served me well thus far! Just wanted to know who might be good for an inspection. Found a great guy! Thank you! I will absolutely be on here needing help in the future! But I'm not a complete tool!x

I am no expert, the fact that it's got LPG makes it defo worth it i reckon.

Not to be too nosy, but how much is an inspection?? Wish I would have known this 3 years ago. I went in blind, but slowly, very slowly things are looking up.

In all honesty they are the best things I have ever driven (apart from my Skoda Felicia).

Hope the Man gives you the thumbs up
