Power steering pipe replacement '87 td

Ok, so I have a very leaky set of power steering pipes, leaking from the rear swing arm area.
Rather than trying to bodge, I have ordered some replacement hoses from brickwerks that should arrive today.
Has anyone completed this pipe replacement (full front to back)?
Is there anything to watch out for? Is it just a simple removal and refit or does anything else need taking off?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Oh, my van is an 87 1.6td westfalia lhd.
Thanks.

Anyone got any ideas how to get the big nut off the steering rack end.
Got most of the pipework off, just not this last nut!

I used the Brickwerks replacements and the job went well with no problems after a couple of years now. The only problem I had was removing the last run of the original pipework where it passes the rear wheel/suspension. I ended up just leaving it there.

The front pipes run under the fuel tank, cut the pipe near the rack and get a ring spanner on to it and give it a wack.

The nut was seized to the pipe.
Cut the pipe and it came undone.
Finished the job.
Patted myself on the back.
Now at a show with a beer in my hand.
