rock and roll seats belts???

ok now i know ive seen a post some where on here conserning this subject but i cant find it on ere, so what exactly is the rule on this we have 2 kids a 7 year old and 11 year old and want to fit a rock and roll bed in,but still want to carry the kids around safely and legaly,can any shed any light? many thanks in advance

Don't know about legalities since they changed the rules with booster seats etc, but I got a Westie with RnR bed in the back and 2 lap belts. Why not try looking for links on GMTV website or Top Gear about kids belts in the back? Might be something there?

thanks for the info on that bud ive just found a few more posts conserning this subject, the other thing i was wondering is if the rock and roll can only be fitted with 3 point belts at either end then does that mean u have to have a full width rock and roll to enable the belts to be attached to the sides of the van??

My previous camper had a 3/4 rock 'n' roll bed & was fitted with a lap & diagonal (3 point) seat belt at each end & a lap belt in the middle.

If I still had the van I could have had a look for you. My present camper has a full width pull out bed & is fitted with 3 lap belts.
