As above does anyone have a jx injection pump or know a straight swap alternative?

I have one that has been sat in the workshop for several years but I honestly don't know if it is any good. It came with a block that I bought years ago. It may be gummed up or it may be OK. If you only want parts off it or want to send it for overhaul it may be worth having. I put it in swaps/giveaways in case anyone wanted one for the cost of postage but there were no takers then. Yours if you want to take a punt on it for the cost of postage - if you don't find a known good one.

I've just swapped injector pipes and now cant get it to inject so I'm thinking the pump is worn and can't work with the new pipes so if I had known good pump i could rule that out.
How much would you want for postage oldie?

I've dug it out! The throttle lever is missing otherwise it looks intact but tatty.
It's roughly 4.5 kg so postage would be around £13.
Have you tried using a priming bulb pump as this can help fill up the lines. I have just had to do that to prime up the pump on my boat engine that I have just rebuilt - all the fuel lines and pump were drained down.

That was my next idea but I'm thinking it's the hp side of the pump not working so would hand priming work? Also are the fuel lines 8mm? The only 8mm fitting priming bulb local to me off the shelf are those lazer ones from halfords and have mixed reviews.
I know older Citroens etc have them is worth checking a scrappy for one over a laser one?

I just use the cheapo version from ebay - you only need to use it once in a blue moon. It just helps having that little bit of pressure. Once you are working again remove it, I just pump from a jar of diesel to get it through. I don't like the thought of leaving one there permanently though as it is just something extra that could go wrong.
Just PM me if you need the pump.
