Westy shelf above kitchen?

Hi guys I have noticed that the Westfalia Campers have a "shelf" above where the "kitchen" would be, i have a Westy Multivan and was wondering if i would be able to get hold of one of these from somewhere? or am i going to have to keep an eye on ebay for a long shot that one actually turns up? I don't know what they are called, but it basically looks like a shelf with a lip on it to stop stuff spilling out, overhead kitchen storage?, do they have one on the sliding door side as well?
