GRP interior panels, possible camper origin.

A set of fibreglass trim panels for a RHD van have come into my possession.

They go all around the roof frame (the structural bits with the vents and interior lights in) and above the sun visors, tailgate aperture and down the full B pillar, and partway down the D pillar.
I'd guess they are from a UK based camper as there are cover panels to hide crossbars around a roof aperture.
The tailgate panel has holes for speakers and the windscreen one has mentioned recesses for the visors.
All in all it is nearly made, if old and tired. I plan to use it to dress up our Syncro panel van.
Can anyone shed light on its origins?
