Seeking garage for engine conversion

Hi all,
I have a 83 Westy that currently has a Nissan diesel LD20 engine in it which sadly seized last week. Ideally I'd like to replace it with an TD AAZ 1.9 and am looking for a mechanic/garage thats within a few hours drive of South London.
I've looked at Jack's garage but a little hesitant as a lot of people have mentioned that they're quite expensive.
Any help would be much appreciated!
