What is this tool called?

During some of Sky's coverage of the free practice for the Hungarian GP I caught a glimpse of a useful looking tool. It looks like an offset winder for 3/8" or 1/4" sockets and bits, but none of the search terms I've used has brought up this tool. Anyone know what it's called, and where I can buy one?

D'Oh - of course - I didn't consider that the head was flexible. The way it was being twirled made it look like a solid 90 degree bend.
