We recently changed the pop top canvas and seals and now the seal does sit properly on the front luggage housing. It's fine across the width, but the corners don't fit. I have removed the roof rack, the roof rack brackets and loosened the hinges to let them find their own position, to no avail.

Is here any adjustment I can make to pull it down tighter on the front?

The pop top is a Westy but on a van conversion. Everything fitted fine until we did the canvas and seal, nothing else changed.... Roof stayed on during work, only H bar unfastened one side at a time...

No suggestions? Is there no adjustment? Maybe I need to light the rear edge of the front housing a little then?

did you change the seal that goes round the bottom of the pop top? the one that goes all the way round the van? i would imagine if that wasn't seated properly it may make it sit slightly more proud than before, are the replacement seals same thickness? is the roof any harder to engage the lock down clamp?
