Renewed the van seats. Originally I used my old memory foam mattress cut up and covered by the mother-in-law. Got these done for a decent price. New foam too. Nice and firm. Use a mattress topper when sleeping to make it more comfy.

Double denim, nice. I nearly went for corduroy.

Just a local bloke who we use at work. Did me a decent price as we use him a lot but I'd expect his prices to be very competitive. I used a material he already had in stock which kept the price down.

To anyone doing this, 4inch deep foam sheets can be bought for a full width bed covering the seats and boot/bed for £85 delivered. Simply cut with an electric bread knife (that's all upholsterers do anyway)

This guy sewed velcro to the seat base and stapled it to the wooden base that is then screwed to the bed frame. The back has plenty ties sewn in to tie it to the metal frame. All have a zip down the length so I can wash if necessary.

Very pleased with the result.
