Steering wheel slightly pi@%ed

Hi All,
Van handles fine and drive with no problems but the steering wheel has a slightly right hand down look when driving in a straight line. Is this easily remedied by taking off and moving
round a spline or two or it is more involved? Regards
Mark

Pop the horn button out & remove the nut. Pull the steering wheel off preferably without smacking yourself in the face with it. Move it around a spline & fit the nut but don't tighten it really tight. Take it for a drive & if its in the correct place torque the nut. Pop the horn button back in. Job done

Thanks Mark,
Sounds nice and easy (bet the wheel is a right git to get off now) I remember trying to get a Harley flywheel off once, it was on a keyed tapered shaft....the amount of effort that
was!! and when it went, Jesus!!! BANG!! and it shot across the garage like a rocket, puller flying in the other direction.
Regards
Mark

Slacken the nut off and then loosen the steering wheel, then take the nut right off...

Oh yes! definitely going down that road....I'm ugly enough! at least with the VW logo, if you smack yourself in the face with the wheel the
logo is the right way round when it embosses in your forehead.
