Anti roll bar lower bushes

Van just passed its MOT - yeah!!!
Anyway, I got an advisory on a anti roll bar lower bush & wondered what they are like to change. It looks pretty straight forward but does the ARB link arm have to come off to get the bushes on?

You can take it all off quite easily and it will make things easier. Tjouh it has to be on of course to replace the lower bushes. You can even drive it without the bar on at all, which takes any time pressures away

Yes it's pretty easy, replaced mine recently
