Clutch won't disengage fully

Hi Chaps
I've just changed the clutch and crank and gearbox seals. Now the clutch won't fully disengage. It bites really close to the floor. Difficulty engaging gears but is fine with engine off.
I've put almost a litre of fluid through to bleed it.
I've not replaced the slave. Could this be drawing in air?
I can't believe there is still air in the system, can there??

Had a similar issue on my (older) bus recently, turned out to be a broken / worn clutch operating shaft, see https://club8090.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?f=37&t=153536" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; basically it was engaging on an angle and wearing the clutch fingers, which lead to no 1st or reverse.

Thanks for your reply.
Before I replaced the clutch it changed gear beautifully. The shaft arms looked fine.

**UPDATE**
So tonight I fitted a neew slave cylinder, and also replaced the plastoc hose with s stainless steel BW item, the replaced to the front in Kinufer.

Bled it all through, and it is now absolutely wonderful. The pedal pressure is so light; it seems to have a little more travel, so clears earlier; its like silk!!

So looking over it all now, I notice that the plastic bush in the old slave cylinder pushrod was extremely worn, to the extent that the pushrod actually pressed on the pivot arm. The new one is probably 5mm clear. I think this is where the extra travel is coming from.

Happy days! :ok
