Anybody else driven mad by the F45 rattle?
Had to stop today and do something , a pair of socks did the trick but it needs a more permanent solution?
Added some rubber strips, will see if they work next weekend.
any other ideas?

I found my F45 rattle was lack of tension between the foot of the bracket to the van body. I used a couple of slivers of inner tube to pack out the foot to body contact.

If that were the case my socks would have made no difference.
Definately getting worse with age, We read tensioning the fabric while winding it in by somebody pulling on the awning helps but it doesn't seem to.

When you hear the rattle reach through the window and grab the leg....you maybe right but mine was just bouncing on the mounting legs, padding it out gives the mount a little tension and stopped mine...worth a try.
You may well be hearing the arms but it could be the 'bouncing' I describe that is causing it

Perhaps rattle is not the right way to explain, this is like having a set of tent poles bouncing around on the tin top.
Deffo caused by the supports hitting the case inside.

moved the rubber strips today and seems to have cured 90% of the rattle
Looks to me like the arms are hitting the legs
