I have a problem with lack of power getting to the solonoid about 2 volts.Turn over key and although lights come on starter does not turn over. Any ideas

Checked the small spade connection on starter?

only had this problem yesterday .. sure enough spade connector was loose

Yes have done that but may take take off and replace with new one . Will let you know
