Hi,
Am struggling, hope you guys might be able to help ......83 DG van , having purchased a new master cylinder and checked right for the year i noticed that it has two openings on the underside, one at the front for the electrical connections and one nearer the rear slightly to the LHS ......trouble is , my van only has one switch with two electrical connections and i can see from various pictures of replacement master cylinders on the interweb that all of the modern replacements seem to have this extra hole. Is it ok just to block it up and if so what with? many thanks if you have been through this and worked it out! Tim
NB I know the picture is of a BMW servo but the brake master cylinder is like the one i have as a replacement with two switch holes...
