Which Fuse for Fog Light?

Daft question I am sure. Just failed the MOT on the fog light (among many things!). Bulb is OK so trying to work through the rest. Haynes manual says is is on fuse 16. My fuse box only goes up to 12, there is one other separate fuse added on the side. Any idea which fuse it runs off?

Can I also check that the fog light bulb is in the offside rear light cluster, the bulb furthest towards the kerbside of that cluster.

Thanks

PS this is a 1981 air cooled T25

Yes, innermost bulb .
The fuse maybe up above the fuse box .
You are aware that the headlights need to be on ( which means the key on in the engine running position) before they will work?
