new seats/ golf gti/konig recaro etc

hi looking at getting some new front seats....quite like the golf gti ones but have seen some konig. has any one got these and what do they feel like after a long journey?
can anyone reccomend lovely comfy ones?

got cavalier seats graffted tothe vw subframes and mounted on swivel base
they do me on a four hour drive

I've got some period opel manta recaros that i'm hoiping to fit to mine, have caravelle captains chairs at the moment and i don't find them at all comfy

Fitted ford Recaro's in my autosleeper, realy nice, but had to adapt bace to fit recaro runners, not on swivel bases.

Unsure as i may try to cannabalise the arm rests into the new seats but you'll be the first to know if i do

I fitted aftermarket recliners in mine, removed the vw sliders on the drivers side and fitted the passenger on a universal vw swivel. Easy enuf to do but in retrospect i shoula fitted 2 swivels!
