another gear linkeage problem

hi all, as i had the starter motor out due that stop working. While i under the van i took pictures of the gear linkeage & all is not looking to great 
is there a four speed complete package on brickwerks or is it only for the 5 speed? As mine is a 4 speed late manual petrol setup & i can't see any thing on brickwerks? only the parts seperate. I have been having issue getting into 1st & 2nd & only been getting worse so thought it is time to do something about it! I have replace the gear lever repair kit inside of the van.
pictures below the rubber boot is just hanging off which is not good so need parts for underneath the van:-
