1.6 JX overhaul

Hey all,
Starting to get work done on my Westie before the summer as it's poor lay shaft snapped at Xmas time. Plan is with the gearbox is out, I'd like to give the engine and overhaul as I do not know how many miles it's done as it's not original to the van. My question is...where can I find the tolerances and torque settings for the 1.6td JX?

I've already removed the box to send to my gearbox guy and seats have been sent to be re upholstered. Body work will be getting some attention too so makes sense not to do the lump.

Cheers,
Chappers

The small manual by Peter Russek is really good for your engine, very detailed for a rebuild with all the torque settings etc.

Anyone know where I can get the torque settings?

I have a GTI engine but I could do with the JX torques for box to engine etc

Thanks

M10 bolts - 45 Nm (33 ft lb)
M12 bolts - 80 Nm (59 ft lb)
