Spray-able seam sealer?

Does anyone know of a spray able seam sealer product? Bee using the Upol grey stripe brush able stuff, but just can't get even adhesion, and have never really got on with it. I have tubes for panel Rams, by this is more to cover welded repairs.

Thanks
Mark

They are used in modern crash repair shops. Try a motor paint factors, they should stock it. You'd need the necessary gun applicator too, though that costs about 200 quid, if memory serves. We used a 3m product but I can't remember what it's stock number or name was.

But these people sell their own version and the gun is also somewhere on their site and eBay too:

Once you've mastered the gun, you can get very good o.e looking seals.

I've used some of their products and found them pretty good, especially their non-setting windscreen sealer.

:ok

Thanks for the pointers. The local auto iodine paint place mentioned that there was a system which needed its own gun, and it was ££££...but they didn't stock it so weren't really interested.

As an aside I also asked for some aerosol epoxy primer, which the happily sold me 2 tins of. When I got home and read the tin, it turned out it was etch primer, not epoxy, which isn't what I was after so probably won't bother going back...

Anyway, I will have a look at that link and go from there.

Cheers
