Air cooled Vacuum Connections

I have a 1600 CT in my van which I like a lot.
It has a replacement distributor with no vacuum advance.
My problem is stalling when off choke, I suspect the vacuum circuit is set up incorrectly, could someone please describe the correct order of connection from manifold to air box and carburettor.
Cheers,
George

This is the vac pipe layout.
If you have none vac distributor the distributor pipes will need blanking off, or get the correct distributor it will run a lot better.

Yeah, I have to second Bigherb's advice - I got an air cooled 2.0 (CU) T25 a couple of weeks ago, and it was horrible, gutless to drive. Turned out it had the electronic ignition distributor replaced with a points type one with no vacuum advance. Even when set up properly it was still 'orrible. Got the correct (DVDA) dizzy on there and got it set up properly (partly thanks to Bigherb's sage advice on another board, which I tried to thank him for on there, but got marked as spam by JK's forum software!), and it now runs really nicely. Vacuum advance is there for a reason!
